The MEFMI Heads of Debt Management Forum convenes the heads of debt management offices in ministries of finance and related functions in central banks across the region. The forum provides a platform for senior debt managers to discuss strategic challenges — such as debt restructuring, rising debt vulnerabilities and institutional strengthening — and to share experiences on best practice.
Facilitated by resource persons from cooperating partners and independent consultants, the forum reinforces the peer networks and regional collaboration that underpin sound sovereign debt management across MEFMI member countries.
