It examines how climate and environmental risks transmit to the macroeconomy and financial system, and the supervisory and policy responses available to manage them.
The workshop builds on MEFMI's research on climate change and macroeconomic performance and the climate-themed Governors Forum, deepening the region's capacity to integrate climate and nature risk into macroeconomic and financial management.
