Implementation of the Customised Training Programme for the 13th Cohort of Candidate Fellows, building hands-on expertise in their areas of specialty.
The objective of the Customised Training Programme (CTP) is to impart Candidate Fellows with the requisite knowledge, skills and hands-on experience in their respective areas of specialty, which member countries will leverage in their capacity-building efforts. The target group is the selected Candidate Fellows in the various areas of specialty.
The CTP is part of MEFMI's 18-month Fellows Development Programme, which combines training and mentoring to create a critical mass of regional expertise in macroeconomic, financial and sovereign debt management. Implementation of the 13th Cohort's CTPs builds the practical skills Fellows will apply on returning to their client institutions.
