The MEFMI Combined Forum convenes senior policymakers from across the region — bringing together officials from central banks and ministries of finance and planning around a shared annual theme. It complements the Governors Forum and the Deputy Governors Forum within the Institute's Executive Fora series.
Past Combined Fora have produced substantive proceedings on themes such as financial sector corporate governance and strengthening fiscal governance. Highlights and reports of proceedings — including the 2025 MEFMI Combined Forum, the 2024 Combined Forum Report and earlier editions back to 2015 — are published in the Institute's publications library and inform the region's policy dialogue.
